Ray’s journey in the concrete industry began with boots on the ground — starting as a concrete foreman in 1985, he quickly proved his leadership and technical skills, earning his way up to a group leader position. With a strong work ethic and a growing passion for the craft, Ray made the decision to step out on his own, driven by a clear vision: to build a company in 1999, grounded in integrity, craftsmanship, and respect for the people doing the work. Rather than rush the process, Ray spent years learning every aspect of the concrete business — from labor and management to operations and client relations — before launching Ray’s Concrete Services Inc. Today, that dedication and firsthand experience shape every project the company takes on.
